This skirt from our “ wrapper studies” collection explores the idea of duality as a facet of an individual self expression and identity expressions through the lens of extensions and layers, features two layers with a repurposed sleeves extensions as a side wrap/tie detail and panelings reflecting characteristic hand-dyed reactions as a result of varying fabric compositions from the pre-existing garments with relics of shirting details from the pre-existing garments repurposed in interesting contexts and as a side or centre button down detail.
