This upcycled Bra is crafted from a discarded button-down shirt, reimagined into an intimate, sculptural form. The original button lanes and button loop details are preserved, grounding the piece in its past life while reshaping its purpose.
The cups are panelled, featuring tonal variation emerging naturally from differences in fabric composition and the equating dye-reactions. These shifts in texture and shade create a quiet contrast, giving each piece its own unique surface.
Lightly structured with internal interfacings and underwiring, the bra offers a gentle form without rigidity. It balances considered construction with the irregular beauty of reuse.
